目的:观察经络舒胶囊对糖尿病大鼠的活血化瘀、抗炎镇痛作用。方法:经络舒胶囊药粉每次给药高、中、低剂量组(大鼠为1.4,0.7,0.35 g·kg-1;小鼠为2.8,1.4,0.7 g·kg-1),阳性药糖脉康颗粒剂量为2.5 g·kg-1,每天ig给药1次。Wistar大鼠ip链脲佐菌素(STZ)制成糖尿病大鼠模型,将动物随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、西药阳性对照组、中药阳性对照组、经络舒胶囊高、中、低剂量组i,g连续60 d进行高、中、低切变率的全血比黏度测定;以正常大鼠组胺所致的大鼠毛细血管通透性增加及棉球肉芽肿形成检测抗炎作用;以热板法和醋酸致小鼠扭体法检测镇痛作用。结果:经络舒胶囊能明显降低糖尿病大鼠血液全血的高、中、低切变率的全血比黏度,对组胺所致的大鼠毛细血管通透性增加无明显的抑制作用;对棉球肉芽肿的形成有明显的抑制作用;给药后30,60 min均能延长热板法小鼠痛阈值;能明显减少醋酸致小鼠扭体次数。结论:经络舒胶囊对糖尿病大鼠具有明显的活血化瘀、抗炎、镇痛作用。
