对50份苎麻品种原麻的总含胶量进行系统分析表明,不同品种间的原麻总含胶量差异甚大。头、二、三季麻以头麻最高,平均为30.33%,二麻次之,三麻又比二麻略低或持平。苎麻根型、原麻不同部位等因素对总含胶量有一定影响;单纤维支数、强力与总含胶量的线性回归方程分别为y=22.7602+2.8691x,y=34.5486-0.1404x。筛选出的低含胶量品种芦竹青、白里子青等兼具其它优良性状,可供苎麻遗传育种或生产部门利用。
Systematic analysis of the total amount of gum in 50 ramie varieties showed that the total amount of gum in different varieties varied widely. The first, second and third quarter of Ma first Ma, the highest, with an average of 30.33%, followed by two Ma, Ma three Ma slightly lower than or flat. Ramie root type, different parts of the original hemp and other factors have an impact on the total amount of plastic; linear regression equation of single fiber count, strength and the total amount of glue were y = 22.7602 +2.8691x, y = 34.5486- 0.1404x. Selected low content of plastic varieties Arundo donax blue, white green and other both fine traits, ramie genetic breeding or production sector can be used.
