通过对PW4077D发动机10个无故障航班QAR数据的分析和处理,利用回归分析原理建立了飞机在多个阶段下2.5级放气活门开度与其他参数之间关系的数学模型。放气活门的调节受多个因素的影响,因此在模型建立时不同阶段分别进行讨论。对稳态调节下的数据进行了回归分析和显著性检验。应用所建模型进行了趋势预测,通过与实际数据的比较验证了数学模型的合理性和准确度。所获得的2.5级放气活门控制规律数学模型,对航空发动机状态监控和故障诊断具有一定的理论意义和应用价值。
Based on the analysis and processing of QAR data of 10 trouble-free flights of PW4077D engine, a mathematic model of the relationship between the opening of 2.5-level deflation valve and other parameters of the aircraft under multiple stages was established by using the principle of regression analysis. The adjustment of the deflation valve is influenced by several factors and is therefore discussed separately at different stages of the model establishment. Regression analysis and significance test were performed on the data under steady-state regulation. The trend of the model was predicted by using the model and the rationality and accuracy of the mathematical model were verified by comparison with the actual data. The obtained 2.5-level deflation valve control law mathematical model has certain theoretical significance and application value for the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of aeroengine.
