针对煤矿压风机房管网(井上往井下输送压缩空气的管路)压力波动大并且调节方式落后的问题,设计了一套压风机恒压自动控制系统。以PLC为控制核心,设计并给出了系统的硬件结构。详细介绍了恒压调度模型的建立和求解,并给出了恒压决策的程序流程。目前该系统运行良好,实现了管网气体的持续恒压输送。
Aiming at the problem of large pressure fluctuation and backward adjustment of the pressure pipeline of coal mine pressure ventilation pipe (well to downhole conveying compressed air pipeline), a set of constant pressure automatic control system of pressure fan was designed. To PLC as the core control, design and gives the system’s hardware structure. The establishment and solution of constant voltage scheduling model are introduced in detail, and the program flow of constant voltage decision is given. At present, the system is in good working condition, realizing continuous and constant pressure gas transmission in the pipe network.
