一、前言 钢中碳化物的分离鉴定是研究新钢种不可缺少的手段之一。而几乎所有的中低合金钢在回火过程中都要析出渗碳体。渗碳体的析出不仅影响钢的性能,而且当它和其它合金元素的碳化物共存时,要影响到其它碳化物的X-射线定性鉴定和化学定量测定。在我们实验的很多钢中经常是渗碳体与其它类型的碳化物多相共存,有时要对其它合金的碳化物定性和定量时,必须把渗碳体首先定量溶解才能达到目的。例如我们对一种合金钢(文章中提到的6~#、8~#钢)进行碳化物测定,渗碳体M_3C与VC、Cr_7C_3三相共存,
I. INTRODUCTION The separation and identification of carbides in steel is one of the indispensable means to study new types of steel. Almost all of the low-alloy steel in the tempering process should precipitate cementite. The precipitation of cementite not only affects the performance of the steel, but also affects the qualitative and chemical quantitative determination of other carbides as it coexists with the carbides of other alloying elements. In many of our experiments, cementite often coexists with other types of carbides heterogeneously. Sometimes it is necessary to qualitatively and quantitatively determine the carbides of the other alloys by first dissolving cementite quantitatively. For example, we measured the carbides of 6 ~ # and 8 ~ # steels mentioned in the article. The cementite M_3C coexisted with VC and Cr_7C_3 three phases,
