In the Mawei Economic Development Zone in Fuzhou, there is a small state-owned enterprise, Mawei Gangmu Furniture Factory, which is not attracting attention. Here, although there is no grand plant, there is no luxury parlor. However, it is this humble little factory that produces a provincial and excellent product. Over the past few years, the factory’s round, flat, square, moment, oblate and other furniture pipe has been in short supply, many users inside and outside the province traveled long distances to place orders and purchase goods. The plant manager is Lin Kejian. He graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Fuzhou University in 1977, and became the factory manager in 1984. The director of the college student looks as unassuming as the company he runs, but he is a young entrepreneur who is smart, strong, and pioneering. I heard that the director of Lin Lin will go to Guangxi to participate in the national scientific experience management technology exchange conference at the end of May. We interviewed him before he set off. Reporter: Director Lin, please tell us about the implementation of the contract responsibility system in your factory. Lin Kejian: Our factory was formerly Mawei Shipyard, and it was converted in 1980.
