随着经济的发展,社会的进步,我国政府也逐渐关注离退休干部的管理工作,不仅将为离退休干部服务的工作看成共产党工作的重要部分,而且还将为离退休干部服务的工作精神最为思想教育的重点。离退休干部都曾经为我国的建设作出重大的贡献,如今他们已经年老,需要人照顾,政府离退休干部服务管理工作看成重点也是毋庸置疑。但是随着经济的发展,改革政策的不断推进,在离退休干部服务管理工作开展的过程中也存在许多的问题和不足。本文,笔者主要分析了在新形势下,离退休干部管理工作的过程中存在额问题吗,并且针对问题提出相应的解决方案,以达到构建和谐社会、维护改革发展大局的客观要求。
With economic development and social progress, our government has also gradually paid attention to the management of retired cadres. We not only see the work of serving retired cadres as an important part of the work of the Communist Party, but also the working spirit of serving retired cadres The most ideological education focus. Retired cadres have made major contributions to the construction of our country. Nowadays they are old and need people’s care. It is beyond any doubt that the government administration of retired cadres and services should be regarded as the key issue. However, with the development of economy and the continuous promotion of reform policies, there are still many problems and deficiencies in the service management of retired cadres. In this paper, the author mainly analyzes the existing problems in the management of retired cadres in the new situation, and puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems in order to achieve the objective requirements of building a harmonious society and safeguarding the overall situation of reform and development.
