应用生物化学同工酶电泳方法 ,对京、沪和昆明市三个重点地区的昆明种小鼠在八个位点上进行群体间调查 ,在被监测的三个群体中 ,基因位点的等位基因分布基本趋于一致 ,只有上海地区的昆明种小鼠与其它两个群体在Hbb和Pgm 1位点有明显的差异 ,在聚类分析中表明北京地区的昆明种小鼠与昆明地区的昆明种小鼠种接近为一类 ,上海地区的昆明种小鼠与NIH小鼠接近为一类 ,因此 ,我们认为上海地区被调查单位的昆明种小鼠 ,可能是由于长期饲养在不同的技术和条件下 ,在遗传特性方面发生了变化 ,应加强遗传监控
Kunming mice from three key areas in Beijing, Shanghai and Kunming were enrolled in this study. Eight inter-group genetic surveys were conducted using biochemical isozyme electrophoresis. Among the three groups monitored, the genetic loci The results showed that there was a significant difference between Hbb and Pgm 1 loci in Kunming mice in Shanghai area and those in the other two populations.
