采用国标 (GB4789 2 8- 84)的检验方法 ,对 4450份猴粪便检测 ,检出志贺氏菌 1 72株 ,阳性检出率 3 9%。取其中 50株做血清学分型 ,皆属于B群志贺氏菌 ,主要血清型为 3c型 32株 (占64% )、Y变种 1 2株 (占 2 4 % )、其次 4b型 3株、X变种 2株、2a型 1株 (分别占 6%、4%、2 % )。以此 50株福氏志贺氏菌对 1 0种抗菌素作了敏感度及抑菌效果评价 ,结果丁胺卡那霉素及先锋霉素V敏感度为1 0 0 % (高度敏感 ) ,庆大霉素高敏者只占 44%、耐药者占 56% ,而对氯霉素中、高敏者占 88% ,氟哌酸中、高敏者占 82 %。B群志贺氏菌对氟哌酸、庆大霉素已分别有 1 8~ 56%的菌株产生了耐药性。本文首次报道了广西食蟹猴群志贺氏菌 3c型和Y变种两菌型是目前引起猴腹泻、痢疾的主要血清型 ,同时也证实了少数无临床症状 ,大便正常的健康带菌猴是十分危险的隐蔽传染源
Using GB4789 2 8-84 test method, 4450 samples of monkeys were detected, and 72 strains of Shigella were detected, the positive detection rate was 39%. Among them, 50 strains were serotyped, belonging to group B Shigella.
