目的了解贫困大学生的心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和大学生人格健康调查表(UPI)对2882名贫困生和8337名非贫困生进行问卷调查与对比研究。结果贫困生的9个因子分高于非贫困生;1~3年级中,二年级贫困生的各项因子分最高;某些因子分,农村贫困生高于城市贫困生,单亲家庭贫困生高于双亲家庭贫困生,不和谐家庭中的贫困生高于和谐家庭中的贫困生。结论贫困生整体心理健康水平,低于非贫困生;除经济条件外,贫困生的家庭来源地、结构、氛围等背景条件也是影响心理健康的重要因素。
Objective To understand the mental health of poor college students. Methods A total of 2,882 poor students and 8,337 non-poor students were surveyed and compared with SCL-90 and UPI. Results Nine factors of impoverished students were higher than those of non-impoverished students. Among the first to third graders, the second graders had the highest scores of all the factors; some factors showed that the impoverished students in rural areas were higher than the impoverished ones in urban areas and the impoverished ones in single-parent families were high Poor parents in poor families, poor students in poor families are higher than those in poor families. Conclusion The overall mental health of poor students is lower than that of non-poor students. Apart from the economic conditions, the background, such as the origin, structure and atmosphere of poor students, are also important factors affecting mental health.
