随着青年职工流失和青年劳动力供给困难问题的日渐严重,煤炭企业人力资源结构老龄化格局短期内难以改变,中老年人力资源效能的提升已经成为煤炭企业必须提上日程的重要议题。从煤炭企业中老年人力资源管理面临的现实困境出发,探讨了煤炭企业中老年人力资源效能提升的必要性,并基于价值共享、人岗匹配、知识共享和灰度4种管理思维,提出了中老年人力资源效能提升的4条路径,为煤炭企业优化人力资源管理提供借鉴。
With the loss of young workers and the increasing difficulty of the supply of young labor force, the aging pattern of human resources structure in coal enterprises is hard to be changed in the short term. The improvement of human resources efficiency in middle-aged and elderly people has become an important issue that coal enterprises must put on the agenda. Based on the realistic predicament faced by middle-aged and aged human resources management in coal enterprises, the necessity of improving human resources efficiency of middle-aged and elderly people in coal enterprises was discussed.
