从院办接待医疗投诉情况来看,相当多的医疗投诉并不是医疗技术原因,而是由于医患沟通不到位,导致患者或其家属对医院、医务人员不满所致。由此可见,缺乏积极有效的医患沟通是引起医患关系紧张的关键因素。其结果严重影响了医院正常的医疗工作,既对医疗安全构成威胁,也不利于患者的治疗。
From the hospital to receive medical complaints situation, a considerable number of medical complaints is not the medical technology, but because of the doctor-patient communication is not in place, resulting in patients or their families dissatisfied with the hospital, medical staff. Thus, the lack of active and effective communication between doctors and patients is the key factor that causes the tension between doctors and patients. The result seriously affected the normal medical work in the hospital, posing a threat to medical safety and not conducive to the treatment of patients.
