[目的]优化ZTCl+1天然澄清剂对降糖甲片水提取液的澄清工艺.[方法]以多糖保留量和梓醇保留量为评价指标,采用正交设计试验优化澄清工艺,并将结果与醇沉工艺结果进行比较.[结果]最佳澄清工艺为药材水提取液浓缩至药材(g)与水提取浓缩液(mL)之比为1∶7,在60℃水浴先加入0.30mL/g的1%(质量分数)A组分溶液,后加入0.15mL/g的1%(质量分数)B组分溶液.按照此工艺操作,得多糖和梓醇保留量分别是67.1,0.91g/kg,明显高于醇沉法的34.8,0.71g/kg.[结论]与醇沉工艺比较,该澄清工艺更简单,成本低,有效,更能保留有效成分,如多糖与梓醇.
[Objective] The research aimed to optimize the clarification process of ZTCl + 1 natural clarifying agent on hypoglycemic nail water extract. [Method] With polysaccharide retention and catalpol retention as evaluation indexes, the orthogonal design test was used to optimize the clarification process. And alcohol precipitation process results were compared. [Result] The best clarification process was that the ratio of medicinal water extract concentrated to medicinal material (g) and water extract concentrate (mL) was 1: 7, g of a 1% (mass fraction) solution of component A, followed by addition of 0.15 mL / g of a 1% (mass fraction) solution of component B. The retention of polysaccharide and catalpol was 67.1 and 0.91 g / kg, which was significantly higher than that of the alcohol precipitation method of 34.8,0.71g / kg. [Conclusion] Compared with the alcohol precipitation process, the clarification process was simple, low cost, effective and more effective retention of active ingredients such as polysaccharides and catalpol.
