仿生扑翼飞行器是一种根据仿生学知识进行设计的飞行器,其体积小、重量轻、运动方式灵活多变、隐蔽性好,在军事领域和民用领域具有广泛的潜在应用。基于四连杆机构中的曲柄摇杆机构进行扑翼飞行器扑翼机构的设计,并计算其自由度;基于齿轮系机构进行扑翼飞行器传动机构的设计并计算其自由度;然后将扑翼机构与传动机构结合,使得一个电机即可驱动两侧扑翼上下扇动,实现扑翼功能,所设计的仿生扑翼飞行器结构简单、易于实现。
Bionic flapping wing aircraft is a kind of aircraft designed according to the bionics knowledge. It is small in size, light in weight, flexible in movement mode, concealed, and has a wide range of potential applications in the military and civil fields. Based on the crank and rocker mechanism in the four-bar linkage mechanism, the flapping-wing aircraft flapping-wing mechanism is designed and its degree of freedom is calculated. The design and calculation of the freedom of the flapping-wing aircraft transmission mechanism is carried out based on the gear train mechanism. Combined with the transmission mechanism, a motor can drive the flapping wings on both sides to move up and down to realize the flapping-wing function. The designed bionic flapping-wing aircraft is simple in structure and easy to realize.
