采用目前常用的醋酸氢化可的松致肾虚模型和大黄致脾虚模型,比较了传统经典方剂肾气汤(丸)和四君子汤对模型动物的淋巴细胞转化率、NK细胞活性、白介素1(IL-1)和溶血抗体产生能力的作用。结果表明,肾虚和脾虚模型动物免疫功能皆有显著下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),肾虚尤为明显。肾气汤对肾虚和脾虚模型均有明显的治疗作用(P<0.05),而四君子汤仅对脾虚模型有治疗作用。推测两种模型的成因和两种方剂的作用机理有所不同,同时提示如果在脾虚健脾治疗无效时,可考虑补肾治疗
Using the commonly used model of hydrocortisone acetate-induced kidney deficiency and rhubarb-induced spleen deficiency model, the lymphocyte transformation rate, NK cell activity, and interleukin-1 (IL-) were compared between the traditional classical prescriptions Shenqi Decoction (Pill) and Sijunzi Decoction on model animals. 1) The effect of hemolytic antibody production ability. The results showed that the immune function of kidney deficiency and spleen deficiency model animals were significantly decreased (P<0.01, P<0.05), especially in kidney deficiency. Shenqi Decoction had obvious therapeutic effects on kidney deficiency and spleen deficiency (P<0.05), while Sijunzi Decoction had therapeutic effects only on the spleen deficiency model. It is speculated that the causes of the two models are different from the action mechanisms of the two formulas. It is also suggested that if the spleen deficiency and spleen treatment are ineffective, kidney treatment can be considered.
