当前,未成年人犯罪已成为社会广泛关注的焦点,如何教育挽救未成年人、预防和减少未成年人犯罪也一直是检察机关探索的问题。本文从机构设置、办案人员素质、附条件不起诉、社会调查、帮教、监督、法律援助等环节出发,探索构建相应的工作机制,各个环节相互配合,构成完备的一体化工作机制,并结合实际工作就一体化机制的实践情况作了简要的阐述。 At present, juvenile delinquency has become the focus of widespread concern in society. How to educate and save minors, and how to prevent and reduce juvenile delinquency have also been problems procuratorate organs have explored. Based on such aspects as the establishment of institutions, the quality of investigators, the non-prosecution of conditionalities, social investigation, help-teaching, supervision and legal aid, this paper explores and constructs the corresponding working mechanisms. All the links work together to form a complete and integrated working mechanism. Work on the integration mechanism of the practice made a brief description.
