学困生是每一位教师,特别是班主任必须要面对的学生,这些学生往往令教师爱恨交加。因此,如何对他们进行行之有效的教育就成为教师不断探究的问题。在以促进学生发展为目标的今天,“基于学生发展的中小学校本研究”的课题研究为我们教师提供了一个科学有效的教育手段——干预。运用这一手段,我和本班科任教师一起对班内迷恋网络游戏导致成绩差的学困生——小山(化名)给予引导教育,取得了显著的成效。
