以乳化液泵曲轴为研究对象,通过三维建模软件Pro/E建立曲轴的实体模型,运用有限元分析软件研究曲轴的应力和变形情况,确定了曲轴的最危险相位和最大应力值,对曲轴进行疲劳强度校核,并对曲轴进行模态分析。分析结果可为乳化液泵曲轴的改进和优化设计提供理论依据。
Taking the crankshaft of emulsion pump as the research object, the solid model of the crankshaft was established by using the three-dimensional modeling software Pro / E. The stress and deformation of the crankshaft were studied by using the finite element analysis software to determine the most dangerous phase and the maximum stress of the crankshaft. Fatigue strength check, and crankshaft modal analysis. The results of the analysis can provide a theoretical basis for the improvement and optimal design of the emulsion pump crankshaft.
