轨道交通装备制造业因产品的复杂性、客户与用户的广泛性,其信息化建设存在产品数据、制造、原料供应三大方面的管理难题,如产品设计BOM未经过工程转化就开始用于生产,工艺编制的对象是设计BOM而非制造BOM,产品制造计划只依据订单需求制定,与物料供应脱离,项目计划编制时无法获取物料与资源信息等。如何用产品数据支撑信息化系统,获取项目需求与供应在整个产品生命周期的平衡,实现多工厂协同、管理透明化与扁平化的管理目标,是企业信息化建设的最大难题。
