近4年来南方某市供水管网玻璃钢夹砂管管段发生了3次较为严重的爆管事故,威胁了管网的供水安全性。为此对管材进行树脂和纤维含量检测、力学性能试验、表观和扫描电镜观察等一系列测试,结合管道所处地质条件对爆管事故进行原因和机理的分析。结果表明爆管处管道存在材质不均匀、含有不明杂质等缺陷,推断这些缺陷是爆管发生的诱因之一。据此提出了相应的建议以降低爆管事故发生的可能性,改善管网运行的安全性。
In the past four years, a serious burst pipe accident occurred in the glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe section of a water supply pipe network in a city in the south, threatening the water supply safety of the pipe network. Therefore, a series of tests on resin and fiber content, mechanical properties, apparent and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were carried out on the pipe. The reason and mechanism of the pipe burst accident were analyzed based on the geological conditions of the pipe. The results show that there is uneven material in the tube at the squib and contains defects such as unknown impurities. It is concluded that these defects are one of the causes of squib. Accordingly, the corresponding suggestions are put forward to reduce the possibility of squib accidents and improve the safety of pipeline network operation.
