目的研究4种碱性物质对邻苯二甲醛杀菌效果的增强作用。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,对经不同碱性调节剂复配的邻苯二甲醛杀灭细菌芽孢的效果进行了观察。结果用碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钠、磷酸氢二钠、三乙醇胺分别将浓度为5 500 mg/L邻苯二甲醛溶液的pH调整为8.0,对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用7 h,平均杀灭对数值依次为2.94、1.05、5.79、1.27。相同浓度的单方邻苯二甲醛杀灭对数值仅为0.58。结论四种碱性调节剂中,以磷酸氢二钠对邻苯二甲醛的增效作用最强,以氢氧化钠增效作用最差。
Objective To study the enhancement effect of 4 basic substances on the sterilization of o-phthalaldehyde. Methods The quantitative bactericidal test was used to observe the killing effect of o-phthalaldehyde by different alkaline regulators on bacterial spores. Results The pH value of 5 500 mg / L ortho-phthalaldehyde solution was adjusted to 8.0 with sodium bicarbonate, sodium hydroxide, disodium hydrogen phosphate and triethanolamine, respectively, and the spores of B. subtilis var. Kill the value of the order of 2.94,1.05,5.79,1.27. The same concentration of unilateral para-phthalaldehyde kill logarithm of only 0.58. Conclusion Among the four alkaline regulators, the synergistic effect of disodium hydrogen phosphate on phthaldehyde is the strongest and the synergistic effect of sodium hydroxide is the worst.
