本文研究在循环氧化条件下,热障涂层体系(TBCs)中氧化局域化区域的演化规律。实验发现:(1)氧化局域化区域平均深度的增加与氧化时间之间服从抛物线法则。(2)循环周次相同时,高温停留时间越长的热障涂层试样,氧化局域化区域的平均深度越大。
In this paper, the evolution of oxidized localized regions in TBCs under cyclic oxidation conditions is studied. The experimental results show that: (1) The average depth of oxidation localized area increases with the oxidation time obeying the parabolic law. (2) When the cycle is the same, the longer the high-temperature residence time, the greater the average depth of the oxidized localized area.
