让一部分劳动者先富起来(在农村让一部分社队和社员先富起来,在城镇让一部分企业和职工先富起来),是我们党在新时期的一项重要政策。党的三中全会以来,由于逐步落实这项重要政策,一些企业、农村社队和劳动者的收入随着生产的发展,有较高较快的增长,开始富裕起来。对此,有些同志想不通,提出了种种质疑。因此,有必要从理论上对一部分劳动者先富起来的客观依据及其作用进行探讨和研究,以释群疑。 Letting part of the workers get rich first (letting some communes and social workers get rich first in the rural areas and let some enterprises and workers get rich first in the cities and towns) is an important policy of our party in the new period.
