以计算机监视器作刺激屏,附加屈光系统,开发出计算机中心视野分析功能,测定:A组51例81只正常眼30°视野,B组44例67只正常眼生理盲点(PBS),C组90例136只患眼30°视野。发现:A组中32眼无病理性暗点,49眼平均出现2.24个孤立暗点,PBS水平径5.56±1.13°,垂直径6.67±1.41°。3组,PBS水平径6.04±1.15°,垂直径7.37±1.02°。C组,阳性率为93.3%。作者认为,该功能敏感性和特异性较高,具有临床实用价值。
