对外汉语教学的目标是提高学生的跨文化交际能力,其中跨文化适应能力直接关系着外国学生在第二文化国的生活学习质量。跨文化交际包括语言交际和非言语交际,而礼仪教育就像两者之间的桥梁,起到过渡和连接的作用。本论文试图从家庭礼仪教育出发,探索中西家庭教育的异同,表述中国家庭礼仪教育的历史和现状,重点反映全球一体化和信息化背景下家庭礼仪教育的缺失,即由于电视及网络媒体的负面影响,家庭与学校教育的断层,使得礼仪教育处在难堪的位置,甚至严重影响了对外汉语教学和跨文化研究,且呈现了家庭礼仪教育缺失的表现,分析其缺失的原因,探讨解决问题的方案,从而强调家庭礼仪教育的重要性。
The goal of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is to improve students’ ability of intercultural communication, in which cross-cultural adaptability is directly related to the quality of life learning of foreign students in the second cultural country.
