目的 探讨不同水平 +Gz 暴露对大鼠记忆功能和行为的影响。 方法 2 4只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、+6Gz 组和 +10Gz 组 3组 ,每组 8只。 +Gz 暴露大鼠分别进行 +6Gz 3min和 +10Gz 3min暴露 ,记录 +Gz 暴露后不同时间大鼠记忆功能和行为的变化。 结果 与对照组比较 ,+10Gz 组大鼠反应时在 +Gz 暴露后即刻和 2d时显著延长 (P <0 .0 1) ,错误次数及错误时间在+Gz暴露后 6h时显著增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,中央格内停留时间在 +Gz 暴露后即刻、6h和 1d时显著延长 (P <0 .0 1) ,站立次数和跨格次数则在 +Gz 暴露后即刻和 2d时显著减少 (P <0 .0 1) ;而 +6Gz 组大鼠仅站立次数在 +Gz 暴露后即刻和 2d时较对照组显著减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,其余指标均无显著性差异。 结论 +10Gz 3min暴露可引起暂时性大鼠记忆功能降低和行为改变。
Objective To investigate the effects of different levels of Gz exposure on memory function and behavior in rats. Methods 24 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, + 6Gz group and + 10Gz group, with 8 rats in each group. + Gz exposed rats were exposed to +6 Gz 3min and +10 Gz for 3min respectively, and the change of memory function and behavior at different time points after + Gz exposure were recorded. Results Compared with the control group, the rats in the + 10Gz group significantly prolonged (P <0.01) on the 2nd and 2nd day after + Gz exposure, the number of errors and the wrong time increased significantly at 6h after + Gz exposure (P < 0 .0 1). The residence time in the central grid was significantly increased immediately after + Gz exposure and significantly prolonged at 6h and 1d (P <0.01). The numbers of standing and cross-grid were significantly higher at + Gz exposure and at 2d (P <0.01). However, only the number of standing in the + 6Gz group was significantly lower than that in the control group immediately after + Gz exposure and at 2d (P <0.01), and no significant difference was found between the other indexes. Conclusions +10 Gz exposure for 3 minutes can cause memory impairment and behavioral changes in transient rats.
