目的 研究血浆降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)和血管内皮素 (ET)在急性冠脉综合征中的作用及二者的消长变化在急性冠脉综合征发病学中的意义。方法 不稳定性心绞痛组 3 0例 ,急性心肌梗塞组 2 8例 ,对照组 2 5例。对照组晨间空腹取血 ,心肌梗塞组入科时及一周后晨间取血 ,心绞痛发作时及缓解后次日晨取血。各取 5ml,分别测定血浆CGRP及ET浓度。结果 急性心梗组CGRP高于UA组及对照组 ,ET升高更显著 ,CGRP/ET比值下降 ;急性冠脉综合征发作时与缓解期比较 ,CGRP升高 ,ET升高更显著 ,CGRP/ET比值下降 ;不同类型急性冠脉综合征比较 ,CGRP及ET浓度MI组 >恶化型UA组 >初发型UA组CGRP/ET比值 :初发型UA组 >恶化型UA组 >MI组。结论 ET、CGRP变化与冠脉病变程度相关 ,CGRP、ET水平及其受体消长失衡在急性冠脉综合征发生发展过程中具有重要作用
Objective To investigate the role of plasma calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and endothelin (ET) in acute coronary syndromes and their changes in the pathogenesis of acute coronary syndrome. Methods 30 cases of unstable angina pectoris group, 28 cases of acute myocardial infarction group and 25 cases of control group. Control group morning fasting blood, myocardial infarction group and a week after admission blood, angina pectoris onset and ease the next morning after taking blood. Each take 5ml, respectively, determination of plasma CGRP and ET concentrations. Results CGRP in acute myocardial infarction group was higher than that in UA group and control group, ET increased more significantly and CGRP / ET ratio decreased. Compared with remission stage, CGRP increased, ET increased more significantly in acute coronary syndrome, CGRP / ET ratio decreased; CGRP and ET concentrations of MI group> deteriorated UA group> UA group of primary UA CGRP / ET ratio: primary UA group> worse UA group> MI group. Conclusions The changes of ET and CGRP are related to the severity of coronary artery disease. The levels of CGRP and ET and the imbalance of their receptors may play an important role in the development of acute coronary syndrome
