目的 对银汞合金充填体表面菌斑中变链菌对汞的转化作用进行实验研究。方法 分别于银汞充填前和充填后 1d、1周、2周、4周和 8周采取银汞合金上的菌斑 ,以未作充填的牙上菌斑为对照 ,进行菌斑成分分析 ,从中分离、鉴定出变链菌 ,取纯分菌落接种于 10mlTSB培养肉汤中 ,培养 2 4h ,按 10 0ng/ml加入汞标 ,再培养 2 4h送检测汞。结果 实验组和对照组的无机汞和有机汞在充填前和充填后各时间点间差异均具有显著性 ,而充填后各时间点间差异无显著性。实验组和对照组间无机汞和有机汞在银汞合金充填后各时间点上差异无显著性。结论 变链菌能将一定量的无机汞转化为有机汞 ,银汞合金中汞对这种转化有一定的影响
Objective To study the transformation of Mercuric with Streptococcus mutans in the plaque on the amalgam filling surface. Methods The plaque on the amalgam was taken before and at 1, 2, 4, and 8 weeks after the filling of silver amalgam, respectively. Isolation and identification of Streptococcus mutans, take purified colonies were inoculated in 10mlTSB culture broth, cultured 24 h, according to 10 0ng / ml added mercury standard, and then cultured for 24 h for mercury detection. Results The difference of inorganic mercury and organic mercury in experimental group and control group before and after filling was significant, but there was no significant difference between time points after filling. There was no significant difference of inorganic mercury and organic mercury between experimental group and control group at all time points after filling with amalgam. Conclusion Streptomyces can convert a certain amount of inorganic mercury into organic mercury, and mercury in amalgam has some effect on this transformation
