以10个孜然芹品种和1个小茴香品种为材料,利用种子清蛋白电泳技术对孜然芹品种的真实性与纯度进行分析研究。研究表明,随着孜然芹品种资源的多样化发展,清蛋白电泳技术用于孜然芹种子真实性和品种纯度鉴定是可行的。
Ten cumin parsley and one cumin varieties were used as materials to study the authenticity and purity of Cuminum cygnih by seed albumin electrophoresis. Studies have shown that with the cumin variety resources development, albumin electrophoresis technology for authenticity of cumin seeds and species purity identification is feasible.
