从十九世纪五十年代以来,混凝土因为其极强的可塑性和耐用性,成为建筑工程一种最常被使用的大型建筑材料之一,随着经济的不断发展,建筑行业得到迅猛发展,在这个过程中,混凝土技术也在不断提升,其组成材料越来越丰富,施工技术越来越精湛。但是无论如何,混凝土始终是一种质脆材料,在建筑施工过程中,混凝土材料不可避免的会出现各种形态、不同程度的开裂。随着建筑行业不断的发展,随着我国房地产改革和住房商品化的进展,人们越来越重视建筑物的安全问题,对建筑物的安全控制要求更为严格,如何有效的控制混凝土开裂是目前建筑行业所面临的技术性难题。据此,主要把混凝土开裂分为结构性开裂和非结构性开裂,通过分析混凝土开裂的原因,针对这些提出具体的控制措施。
