利用双馈风电机组和光伏发电系统等能够提供无功功率的分布式电源作为一种电压调节手段与传统的电压调节方式结合,在计及电动汽车入网充电作为一种随机负荷的情况下,建立了考虑不确定性的含分布式电源与电动汽车的配电网无功电压协调优化模型。以节点电压期望值平均偏差最小为目标函数,同时加入有功网损期望值和节点电压期望值最大偏差值为罚函数,使用本文提出的一种改进果蝇优化算法对优化模型进行求解。最后利用IEEE 33节点系统进行仿真计算并与粒子群算法进行比较,证明了本文所提出的优化模型和算法的有效性。
The distributed power supply, which can provide reactive power, such as doubly-fed wind turbine generator and photovoltaic power generation system, can be used as a voltage regulation method in combination with the traditional voltage regulation method. Taking account of charging of electric vehicle network as a random load, Considering the Uncertainty of Distributed Power Supply and Electric Vehicle Distribution Network Reactive Power and Voltage Coordination Optimization Model. Taking the minimum average deviation of node voltage as the objective function, adding the expected value of active network loss and the maximum deviation of node voltage expectation as the penalty function, a modified fruit fly optimization algorithm proposed in this paper is used to solve the optimization model. At last, the IEEE 33-bus system is used to simulate and compare with PSO to prove the effectiveness of the proposed optimization model and algorithm.
