本文研究了灭幼脲1号(TH6040)实验室内的灭蝇效果,0.06‰浓度对家蝇卵有杀灭效果。用该浓度处理1、2龄幼虫,48小时内死亡率为100%;对3龄幼虫无杀灭作用,但可100%地抑制蛹羽化。TH6040对2、3龄家蝇幼虫的残效,0.06‰浓度120天后对2龄幼虫的杀灭效果仍为100%;对3龄幼虫虽无杀灭作用,但可完全抑制蛹羽化。可以认为,该药不适于杀灭末龄幼虫,对于控制早龄家蝇幼虫有较好的效果。TH6040对成蝇具有不育作用,0.01%浓度药液,连续喂成蝇10天,在喂药过程中所产的全部卵均未孵化。用0.1%浓度药液喂不同性别的成蝇3天,结果证明,单独处理雌蝇或雌、雄蝇同时处理,具有不育效果;而单独处理雄蝇则无作用。
In this paper, the effect of killing flies in the laboratory of diflubenzuron 1 (TH6040) was studied, and the concentration of 0.06 ‰ was found to kill the housefly eggs. The first and second instar larvae were treated at this concentration, with a mortality rate of 100% within 48 hours. No killing effect on 3rd instar larvae was observed, but pupa eclosion was 100% inhibited. The repellency of TH6040 on the 2nd and 3rd instar larvae of Musca domestica was 100% for the 2nd instar larvae at a concentration of 0.06 ‰. Although the 3rd instar larvae had no killing effect, pupa eclosion could be completely inhibited. It is believed that this medicine is not suitable for killing the last instar larvae and has a good effect on controlling the larvae of the housewife aged earlier. TH6040 has an infertility effect on adult aspergillus, 0.01% concentration of liquid, continuous feeding into the fly for 10 days, all the eggs produced in the feeding process were not hatched. The results showed that treating males or females separately with males and males at the same time had the effect of infertility when males fed different concentrations of 0.1% drug solution, while male males were not treated alone.
