“致天下之治者在人才。”古往今来,人才都是富国之本、兴邦大计。而人才更是产业发展、升级、转型的核心和动力。高新区紧紧围绕“紧扣产业引人才、搭建平台聚人才、创新孵化育人才、优化环境留人才”积极开展招才引智工作,成效显著,但仍存在高层次人才总量不大、创新平台分布不均衡、产学研合作需进一步加深、人才融资渠道有待拓宽、人才发展整体环境缺乏优势的问题。为了解决这些问题,高新区欲从精准引进产业紧缺急需人才、加快打造一流的人才创新创业载体、构建产学研深度融合的协同创新体系、建设立体化的科技金融服务平台、营造全方位、高端化的人才发展环境这五个方面着手强化招才引智服务产业转型工作。
