青少年时期是个体发育、发展的最宝贵、最关键的时期,然而这个时期却同时又是人生的“暴风雨时期”、“危险期”。而作为教育教学工作者,就应该不失时机地抓住这个教育契机,使学生逐步战胜刚入学时的自卑心理;通过在学校的文化学习与技能训练之后,都能具备良好的心理素质,健全的人格,并能用丰富的知识把握自己与机遇,真正成为对社会有用的人。这也正是每一个职教工作者的最大愿望与动力。以下几方面是我在职业教育教学工作中的一点体会。
