为比较卷烟纸及其7种原料和助剂(针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、淀粉、瓜尔胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、柠檬酸钾、柠檬酸钠)的裂解产物之间的差异性和相关性,采用裂解气相色谱/质谱联用仪(Py-GC/MS),对木浆和麻浆卷烟纸及所含的7种原料和助剂,在含9%氧气的氮气氛围下,快速升温到900℃进行裂解,并对其裂解产物进行了对比分析。结果表明,卷烟纸裂解产物主要以酮和醇类化合物为主,分别占42%、18%左右,且麻浆卷烟纸裂解产物释放总量高于木浆卷烟纸;2种木浆(针叶木浆、阔叶木浆)原料裂解产物与卷烟纸裂解产物分布的规律相似,但木浆裂解产生的碳水化合物与卷烟纸裂解相差10倍,差异较大;淀粉和瓜尔胶裂解产物种类相似,其中淀粉的裂解产物中碳水化合物比例最大,约为42%;羧甲基纤维素钠中酮类物质产生量最多,所占比例达到53%;2种助燃剂柠檬酸钾和柠檬酸钠裂解产物中芳香烃生成量最高,达40%以上,其他原料裂解产物中芳香烃含量仅为4%~6%。
