水力旋流器问世以来,由于其结构简单、处理量大、分级效率高等优点,在国内外冶金、化工、煤炭、建材,环保等部门得到广泛的应用。多年的科研和生产实践,使水力旋流器不断完善。最近,关于旋流器内部流体力学规律的研究取得新突破;有人提出了计算分离粒度的简单公式;三种结构新颖的水力旋流器已经出现并用了生产实践。本文根据国内外最新文献,综述这方面的进展。
Since the advent of hydrocyclones, it has been widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, building materials and environmental protection sectors both at home and abroad due to its simple structure, large capacity and high classification efficiency. Years of scientific research and production practices, the hydrocyclone continues to improve. Recently, a new breakthrough has been made in the study of the laws of fluid mechanics inside the cyclone. A simple formula for calculating the particle size of the separation has been proposed. Three new types of hydrocyclones have emerged and are used in production practice. Based on the latest literature at home and abroad, this article summarizes the progress in this area.
