利用LINSEIS L78 RITA相变仪和Gleeble3800热模拟试验机,测定了FH690海洋工程用钢相变转化的温度点和热塑性区。结果表明:在1150~780℃温度范围时,断面收缩率都在60%以上,热塑性很好;在1300~1150℃温度范围时,属于第Ⅰ脆性区,断裂原因为有大量的液相薄膜存在;在780~620℃温度范围时,断面收缩率逐渐降低,属于第Ⅲ脆性区,出现塑性最低值39.5%,原因是由奥氏体转化成的铁素体膜引起的。
Using LINSEIS L78 RITA phase change instrument and Gleeble3800 thermal simulation testing machine, the temperature point and the thermoplastic zone of transformation phase transformation of FH690 marine engineering steel were measured. The results show that the section shrinkage is more than 60% at 1150 ~ 780 ℃, and the thermoplasticity is very good. In the temperature range of 1300 ~ 1150 ℃, it belongs to the first brittle zone. The reason for the fracture is the existence of a large number of liquid films ; In the temperature range of 780 ~ 620 ℃, the reduction of area decreases gradually, which belongs to the third brittle zone, the lowest plasticity is 39.5%, which is caused by the transformation of austenite into ferrite film.
