采用St9ber法制备不同尺寸SiO_2胶体球,利用多次垂直沉积法制备SiO_2双尺寸光子晶体。通过场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)对所得双尺寸光子晶体的形貌和排列方式进行表征。对双尺寸光子晶体的生长过程进行探讨,研究界面作用力及胶体球间相互作用力对制备稳定结构的影响。研究结果表明,SiO_2双尺寸光子晶体具有更加有序稳定的结构。胶体球间的相互作用力随胶体球粒径增大而增大,大粒径胶体球更有利于形成稳定的结构。
SiO 2 colloidal spheres with different sizes were prepared by St9ber method, and the double-size photonic crystals were prepared by multiple vertical deposition. The morphology and arrangement of the resulting double-size photonic crystals were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). The growth process of double-size photonic crystal is discussed, and the influence of the interface force and the interaction force between colloidal spheres on the preparation of stable structure is studied. The results show that SiO 2 double-size photonic crystals have a more ordered and stable structure. The interaction force between the colloidal spheres increases with the colloidal particle size, and the colloidal spheres with large particle size are more conducive to the formation of a stable structure.
