目的:优化改进天麻蒸制工艺。方法:采用L_9(3~4)正交试验,以蒸制的温度、压力、时间和蒸制次数为考察因素,以炮制品中天麻素含量为考察指标,进行蒸制工艺优选。结果:优选的最佳工艺为在105℃、1.0 Mpa条件下蒸制1 h且只蒸制1次。结论:该炮制工艺稳定可行,为天麻的工业化炮制生产提供了重要依据。
Objective: To optimize and improve Gastrodia steaming process. Methods: L9 (3 ~ 4) orthogonal experiment was used to investigate the temperature, pressure, time and the number of steaming. The gastrodin content in the processed product was taken as the index of investigation to optimize the steaming process. Results: The optimum process was steaming at 1.0 Mpa at 105 ℃ for 1 h and steaming only once. Conclusion: The processing technology is stable and feasible, which provides an important basis for the industrialized processing of Gastrodia elata.
