[Objective] To observe the effects of Cornell series wounds after kidney transplantation. [Methods] 62 cases of wound infection after renal transplantation were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with new Kangwuer series dressing, and the control group was treated with traditional dressing dressing method. The wound healing was observed . [Results] The wound healing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P <0.01), and dressing frequency was also less than that in the control group (P <0.001). [Conclusion] The wound dressing after the renal transplantation is applied with a new Kangwur series dressing, the effect is obviously better than the traditional dressing change method.
