Chinese teaching in middle school is an art and a science. It has “regular” and “variation.” In order to achieve the optimal effect of classroom teaching, in addition to the preparation of allowance before class, the in-class response ability of teachers cannot be ignored. What is resilience? In psychology, “competence refers to those relatively stable individual psychological factors that successfully complete certain activities.” Can this be understood: the classroom resilience of teachers, that is, teachers face classroom teaching? Changes in preparation for lesson planning are sensitive to capture the information sent by students and respond quickly and accurately to individual psychological factors. This is a way to grasp the flow of students’ thinking, deal with “transformation” in a timely and appropriate manner, and control the art of classroom teaching.
