“教学后记”是对教学工作进行自我总结的一种形式,是将教、听和学中所反映出来或看到的经验、教训、体会整理下来的工作。是吸收课堂信息和及时利用成功的经验,克服教学中的干扰因子。目的是扬长避短,为自己成长找一条捷径,少走弯路,促进自身进步和提高教育质量。使课堂教学向最优化方向迈进,对我们教师的成长是百利而无一害的。可以说写教学后记是青年教师迅速成熟的阶梯,它起到不断更新和提高青年教师的教学水平及能力的重要作用。
