利用粳稻品种间的杂种F_1代,对北方粳稻花培育种中存在的诸多问题进行了研究。结果表明,不同接种材料的愈伤组织诱导频率差异是显著的。处于单核靠边期的花粉具有最大形成愈伤组织的能力,生长素也是诱导花粉去分化形成愈伤组织的主要因素之一。愈伤组织分化绿苗频率的高低与花药材料的来源、杂交组合、愈伤组织本身质量、去分化培养基成分等都有密切关系。同时对愈伤组织转移时间的早晚与分化绿苗频率的关系也进行了探讨。
Based on the F1 hybrids between japonica rice cultivars, many problems existed in flower breeding of northern japonica rice were studied. The results showed that the callus induction frequency of different inoculation materials was significant. Pollen at the mononuclear marginal stage has the greatest ability to form callus, and auxin is also one of the main factors that induce the dedifferentiation of pollen to form callus. The frequency of callus differentiation green seedling is closely related to the origin of anther material, the hybrid combination, the quality of callus itself and the components of dedifferentiation medium. At the same time, the relationship between callus early and late and the frequency of differentiation green seedlings was also discussed.
