采用相分离法,以可降解聚合物聚乳酸(PLA)和聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)为原料制备超疏水塑料薄膜,研究原料配比、溶剂处理温度、溶剂处理时间等对塑料薄膜疏水性的影响。结果表明:当PLA质量分数为70%,在50℃下二甲基亚砜(DMSO)处理25min后制得的塑料薄膜接触角为155°,呈超疏水性。该薄膜具有良好的降解性能,强制降解条件下,5d降解率达到34.13%。扫描电镜照片显示塑料薄膜多孔并具有蜂窝状结构,具有粗糙的表面形貌。进一步采用低表面能的含氟丙烯酸酯树脂对其进行表面修饰,表面修饰后塑料薄膜接触角提高到164°。
The phase separation method was used to prepare superhydrophobic plastic film by using degradable polymer PLA and PPC as raw materials. The effects of raw material ratio, solvent treatment temperature and solvent treatment time on the hydrophobicity of plastic film Impact. The results show that when the mass fraction of PLA is 70%, the contact angle of plastic film obtained after treating with dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) at 50 ℃ for 25min is 155 °, showing superhydrophobicity. The film has good degradation performance, forced degradation conditions, 5d degradation rate of 34.13%. Scanning electron micrographs showed the plastic film was porous and had a honeycomb structure with a rough surface topography. The surface modification was further carried out by using fluorine-containing acrylate resin with low surface energy. After the surface modification, the contact angle of the plastic film was increased to 164 °.
