转化学困生,很多教师虽然花费了功夫,但收效甚微。其中的原因固然有很多,但最根本的还是大多数教师往往从自己的主观意愿出发去转化学困生,结果适得其反。课堂是学生的,学习的主体也是学生,那么在转化学困生过程中也要突出学生主体地位。本文笔者重点就初中语文学困生成因及转化浅析几点策略。
Poor students, many teachers, although spent time, but with little success. There are many reasons for this, but the most fundamental one is that most teachers often start from their own subjective will to transform poor students in school, the result is counterproductive. Classroom is a student, the main body of learning is also a student, then students should also be prominent in the process of transformational difficulties. In this paper, the author focuses on junior high school language literary difficulties and causes of conversion analysis of several strategies.
