多年来,非充分就业在国外普遍受到重视,而且发展得很快,已成为解决就业问题重要途径之一。本文对其在国外(主要是发达国家)的发展情况和有关问题作了介绍,并谈了工会的对策。 Over the years, the problem of underemployment has been widely regarded in foreign countries and has developed rapidly. It has become one of the important ways to solve the employment problem. This article gives an introduction of its development in foreign countries (mainly developed countries) and related issues, and discusses the countermeasures of the trade unions.
