艾米莉·狄金森是十九世纪美国杰出的女诗人,她一生中创作了将近300首自然诗,表现出自然万物细致的关怀。她源自于超验主义的自然观与兴起于20世纪的生态批评的自然观不谋而合,共同表现出对自然的关照,对破坏自然的行为的谴责。本文力图以生态批评来解读狄金森的自然诗,从她诗中所表现出的的对自然的热爱与敬畏,对人类自身的嘲讽以及对人与自然和谐共处关系的期待来表现她诗歌中的生态思想。
Emily Dickinson, an outstanding female poet of the nineteenth century, wrote nearly 300 natural poems throughout her life, showing meticulous care of all things. Her origins in the transcendentalist view of nature coincide with the natural view of ecological criticism which arose in the 20th century. She shows her care for nature and condemns the destruction of nature. This article attempts to interpret Dickinson ’s natural poetry with ecocriticism. From her poem’s love and reverence for nature, her mockery of mankind and the expectation of harmonious coexistence between man and nature, Ecological thought.
