目的 :建立吴茱萸中两种柠檬苦素类物质吴茱萸苦素和柠檬苦素含量的同时测定方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,使用C18柱 ,乙腈 水 (36∶6 4 ,v/v)作为流动相 ,以 1 0ml/min流速洗脱 ,在 2 0 4nm波长下检测。结果 :吴茱萸中吴茱萸苦素和柠檬苦素分别在 4 0 4~ 4 0 4 μg·ml-1(r =0 9998,n =6 )和 3 96~ 39 6 μg·ml-1(r =0 9999,n =6 )范围内线性关系良好 ,加样回收率分别为 99 2 % (RSD 1 4 % )和 98 8% (RSD 1 2 % )。结论 :该方法准确 ,灵敏 ,便捷
Objective : To establish a simultaneous determination method for the content of two kinds of limonoids, evodiamine and limonin in E. wuzhongensis. Methods : A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was used with C18 column, acetonitrile water (36:64, v/v) as the mobile phase, eluted at a flow rate of 10 ml/min, and detected at a wavelength of 240 nm. RESULTS: The levels of evodiamine and limonin in Evodia rutaecarpa were 4 0 4 - 4 0 4 μg·ml -1 (r = 0 9998, n = 6) and 3 96 - 39 6 μg·ml -1 (r = 0, respectively). The linearity in the range of 9999,n =6) was good. The recoveries of the addition were 99 2 % (RSD 1 4 %) and 98 8% (RSD 1 2 %), respectively.
