目的:系统的健康教育干预对社区居民健康知识知晓率的影响进行探讨。方法:3年以来对社区居民开展健康教育之后,社区居民对健康教育知晓率的情况发生了变化,将这种变化情况进行比较;采用随机抽样方法和填写问卷形式对社区居民开展未系统和系统的健康教育之后,社区居民对健康知识的知晓率影响情况进行比较,而且要统计分析,对其结果差异进行比较。结果:对3年以来居民对健康知识的知晓率的情况进行回顾性分析,分别为:57.1%、70.2%,75.9%,P<0.05。这3年以来,开展健康教育可以让社区居民对健康知识的知晓率得到明显的提高;通过未系统和系统对社区居民开展健康教育知识的比较对照,表明对社区居民系统开展健康教育知识可以让居民对健康知识的知晓率得到有效的提高(p<0.05)。结论:对社区居民系统的开展健康教育知识讲座,有利于提高社区居民对健康教育知识的知晓率,健康知识知晓率有了提高就可以对社区居民更好地进行引导,改变其一些不健康行为,最终实现社区居民的“知——信——行”。
Objective: To investigate the impact of systematic health education intervention on community health awareness.
