随着社会的发展和科技的进步,管理者应该逐步意识到人力资源管理对企业的生存与发展起到越来越重要的作用,成为企业的一项战略性工作,为企业持续发展奠定基础。由于企业内外环境的不断变化,人才争夺日趋激烈,这就给管理者带来了新的挑战。本文首先对我国企业人力资源管理发展趋势进行了研究,接着分析我国企业人力资源管理现状,最后有针对性的提出了新形势下提高人力资源管理水平的对策,具有一定的现实意义。
With the development of society and the advancement of science and technology, managers should gradually realize that human resource management plays an increasingly important role in the survival and development of enterprises, becoming a strategic enterprise and laying the foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises. Due to the constant changes in the internal and external environment of enterprises, the talent competition is getting fiercer and fiercer, which brings new challenges to the managers. This paper first studies the development trend of human resource management in Chinese enterprises, and then analyzes the current situation of human resource management in China. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures to improve the human resource management level under the new situation, which has some practical significance.
